This style of metal building is fully braced, measures 60′ long by 120′ wide, and comes with 7,200 square feet of covered storage space. It’s certified to withstand 140 mph winds and 35 PSF, but also offers an optional upgrade to 105 mph and 65 PSF for those in areas with heavier snowfall.
Florida’s state code requires different building requirements so be sure to select the 170 mph upgrade option if you reside there.
Your order for a 60 x 120 metal building will also include blueprint drawings for any building permit requirements.
We install the 60 by 120 metal building with mobile home anchors for the ground, concrete anchor bolts for cement, and rebar for asphalt. In order to do so, however, the location of your new metal building needs to be within 3″ of level or we will be unable to install it.
Each one of our 60 x 120 metal buildings is highly customizable and can be built in both the style and size you choose. The sides, ends, and gables can be left open, partially closed, or fully closed depending on your preferences. This gives you the ability to turn your 60×120 building into either a metal garage or carport. Additionally, you can also alter the height of your new metal building. The standard model comes with 8′ legs but you can choose to increase these in 2′ increments all the way up to 20′ tall. Other optional and customizable features for your 60 by 120 steel buildings are also available. These include items such as doors, windows, flooring, and more.
On buildings of this size, you may also choose the siding. Our standard 40′, 50′, and 60′ wide structures use a vertical roof, vertical ends, and vertical sides, but you can opt for metal lap siding to be used instead.

A second payment of 50% of your remaining cost will be due when your schedule your delivery date.
