Our teams of installers use rebar and either concrete or mobile home anchors to secure your 34×28 metal carport or building during setup. For us to install your building, the surface of its location must be 3″ of level or less. If it’s uneven we will not be able to install.

A 16% deposit of your building’s total cost will be due upon placing the order. After that, a 50% payment of the remaining balance will be due once your delivery is scheduled. The final payment for the remaining amount will be due once the 34×28 carport or metal building has been installed. All of these payments can be made using either a credit card or check. We will also supply you with a copy of the order through email to review and approve before moving forward with delivery and installation.
If you require blueprint drawings for your 34 x 28 steel building in order to obtain a building permit, these can be provided via email upon request. They will be delivered in approximately 3 to 4 business days.
