Amish built wood 2 story garage is made with 2"x4" sidewalls 16" on center, roof rafters are 2"x4", 16" on center. The foundation on the wood two car garages is with pressure treated 4"x4" skids with 2"x4" floor joists 12" on center and a 3/4" pressure treated plywood floor or for the same price with can construct the garage without a floor and with 6"x6" pressure treated base around the parameter.

The 12' and 14' wide 2 story garages come with one 9x7 garage door and a 9-lite door. The 20' wide two story garage has 2 8'x7' insulated garage doors, 3' single 9-lite door. The 24' and 28' wide 2 story garage has 2 9'x7' insulated garage doors, 3' single 9-lite door.

The 12' and 14' wide wood T1-11 2 story garage have 4 windows with shutters. The 20', 24' and 28' wide two story garage comes with 8 windows and shutters.

It is the same price for the barn or a-frame roof. There is approx 8' headroom on the first floor and 8' headroom on the second floor in the middle. The 28' wide 2 story 2 car garage is only available in a barn roof.

The modular two story garage come painted with a main color, trim color and shingle color.
